Review: Delirium (Delirium #1) by Lauren Oliver

Summary-
Before scientists found the cure, people thought love was a good thing. They didn’t understand that once love -- the deliria -- blooms in your blood, there is no escaping its hold. Things are different now. Scientists are able to eradicate love, and the governments demands that all citizens receive the cure upon turning eighteen. Lena Holoway has always looked forward to the day when she’ll be cured. A life without love is a life without pain: safe, measured, predictable, and happy.

But with ninety-five days left until her treatment, Lena does the unthinkable: She falls in love.

Review-
This book was one of the best books I have read in a while.  It was riveting, trying to imagine a world with no love, no feelings. A world with complete indifference and complete detraction. Through this book you follow Lena in an unexpected journey to find actual love that she swore she would never get pulled into, which is illegal in her city. This forbidden love between Lena and Alex is a riveting love story that takes you into the world you would never want to know. I recommend this book for any girl who likes to read about forbidden love or romance of any kind.
